This artwork was personally created by the Solbam team, drawing inspiration from the garden of Eatanic Garden, the flowers of Florilège, and the pine trees of Solbam.

A year ago, Solbam did a collaboration dinner in partnership with Florilège in Tokyo and Eatanic Garden in Seoul, hosted by Eatanic Garden.
Over the past year, the three chefs have visited each other's restaurants, exchanging perspectives and inspirations as they traveled between Tokyo and Seoul. This evening is a culmination of that journey.
Much like a jogakbo—a traditional Korean patchwork where diverse fabrics of different colors and textures come together to form a single masterpiece—we hope that this dinner will weave together the stories of our three restaurants into an unforgettable memory.
